The dynamics and evolution problems of replicator systems, which describe a wide class of biological species, are studied. The problems of searching for the optimal strategy of cancer cells chemotherapy, which provide a safe condition of the patient for the maximum time, taking into account the interaction with the immune system and under conditions of limited total resource of the drug are considered.
