  • Innovative Design Methods and Performance Evaluation of New Composite Materials.

    For extreme operating conditions of restored construction machinery, the application of new polymer composites for designing mechanical components is proposed. Through conducting bending, impact, and other tests, strength verification is performed to improve the:
    Strength-to-weight ratio
    Wear resistance
    While maintaining unchanged load-bearing capacity of components, the following is achieved:
    — Weight reduction
    — Improved energy efficiency

    — Enhanced operational flexibility.

  • Research on the Cumulative Damage Effect in Structural Components of Restored Equipment.

    By simulating actual construction working conditions, the change in equipment component characteristics and the cumulative damage effect under various conditions are analyzed. Combined with experimental research, the application of modifying additive technologies in polymer composite materials is considered. Based on interdisciplinary results, support is provided for the development, production, application, and optimization processes of foam bitumen work equipment.
