  • Reverse Engineering
Full-cycle reverse engineering of machinery components includes several stages:
    1.Object disassembly
    2.Data collection
    3.Data analysis
4.Development of drawings and digital models
    5.Prototype manufacturing and testing
    6.Optimization and adjustments
    7.Production launch
Frequently, the customer requires not just drawings, but the actual needed component or spare part. In some cases, developers may skip certain stages. However, a complete reverse engineering cycle is essential when reliability, efficiency, and maximum conformity to — or superiority over — the original are critical.
